It’s like a delicious oatmeal shake! The consistency is such that it can flow freely from the shaker without needing a spoon, while still keeping that great, classic texture, so some chewing is required.

The longer you leave the mix in the fridge, the more it will thicken into a porridge. We recommend letting the mix sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours so the oats and chia seeds can hydrate and soften the mixture.

You can also add more or less than 300ml of (plant-based) milk to adjust the consistency to be thinner or thicker.

Each package contains the exact amount of nutrients for a complete breakfast or meal.

It’s packed with nutritious ingredients like chia seeds and real dried fruit, and each serving contains at least 20g of high-quality protein. Hell yeah! All our ingredients are 100% plant-based, and every flavor can be prepared with plant-based milk.

According to our calculations, there are 7–8 WW points per large 70g serving.

A few tips we’ve learned from our current WW customers:

Most of our WW customers prepare it with unsweetened almond milk to save calories.

Some WW customers only have half a serving at a time, as the portion is quite large. X-OATS is ready in 4 hours and stays good for up to 36 hours in the fridge, making it a great breakfast for two days in a row (or save it for a snack later in the day after dinner – a perfect dessert replacement!).

Whole grain oats are generally not part of a keto diet. However, thanks to all the added proteins and superfoods, X-OATS is one of the lowest-carb oatmeals on the market by volume. Our Keto customers often split these large servings into two meals for breakfast.
